How to make a burger of beef burning fat

1 lb extra-lean beef on the ground (at least 90%)
3 c. Black pepper marinade (see recipe below)

4 Gluten free English muffins or burger breads, grilled
1 bifteck tomato, cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 leaves lettuce bibb
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard

How to do it

1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped beef, marinade and salt and let yourself be rest for 10 minutes.
2. While the beef marinated, heat an exterior grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
3. Form the beef mixture in 4 cakes and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. The center should be pink and juicy.
4. Spread each bread Burger Toasted Burger with 11/2 teaspoons of Ketchup and 11/2 teaspoons of mustard. Place a hamburger on each lower grilled burger with red tomato slices, 2 lettuce sheets and a hamburger.

Ingredients

Give 1 cup

2 tablespoons of whole coriander seeds
2 spoons with whole black pepper
Entire cumin seeds 1/2 c.
6 garlic cloves, peeled
1 piece of fresh ginger of 1 inch, peeled and slim sliced
3 shallots, peeled and thin trenches
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of brown sugar (packed)

How to do it

1. Mix coriander seeds, peppers and cumin seeds in a spice grinder or clean coffee grinder up very well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl of a small culinary robot and mashed up to softness. Add the ground spices and process to incorporate.
