A tasty falafel pizfel

Serves 4
Ingredients
2/3 cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup of sliced green onions
2 tablespoons. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 C. cumin powder
1/2 TSP. smoked paprika
1/4 TSP. Cayenne pepper
1 15-OZ. Do chickpeas (Garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
3/4 Whole Wheat Panko Cup Mug
1 egg
1 cup of chopped cucumber
Grape tomatoes with white 3/4
3/4 cup of chopped yellow pepper
1/3 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves
8 Kalamata olives Piqué, cut in two
2 tablespoons. lemon juice
1 cup Greek yogurt with low low fat
1 tablespoon. Dill chopped
1 C. Grilled sesame oil
How to do it
- Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. Line a sulfurized paper baked plate. In a culinary robot, combine 1/3 cup of parsley, green onions, 1 tbsp. Oil, garlic, cumin, paprika and cayenne. Pulse to finely cut. Add chickpeas, Panko and Egg; Pulse until the mixture is mixed well and that chickpeas are the size of rice grains (not couldire). Transfer mixture on the prepared cooking sheet. Pat in a 10-inch tower. Brush the remaining 1 tablespoons. Oil on the top of the turn. Cook about 20 minutes or until firm and golden around the edges.
