Ingredients

For pancakes:

2 tablespoons of flax flour
6 tablespoons of water
3/4 cup gluten-free oat milk
1/2 cup of sparkling water (ordinary water will work too)
1 cup of 1: 1 gluten free cooking flour
1/4 c.
3 c. Vegan butter soup
1 1/2 Coffee Spoon of Vanilla Extract
2 spoonsPB2 Performance - Peanut Protein (Dutch cocoa)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup

For filling:

8 oz. VANILLA GLUTEN VANILLA VANILLA YOURT
2-3 cups of berries of your choice

For garnish:

Bays of your choice
Powdered sugar, for dusting

How to do it:

  1. Make two "eggs" linen linen by combining a lining with water. Mix together and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine all crepe ingredients in a mixer until smooth. If you need to mix, make sure the dough is as smooth as possible.
  3. Heat a small 3 "nonstick stove with medium heat. Spray with oil.
  4. Pour a small amount of pancake paste into the pan and immediately start turning the pan to help you spread the dough as thin as possible. You have that! Do not let this part stress. It takes practice if you have never made some pancakes before.
  5. After about a minute, use a spatula to lift the edges and carefully return the pancake. Cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  6. Extend the vanilla yogurt on each crepe-shaped sauce on a pizza, add about 4-5 berries immediately and rolling pancake.
  7. Top with everything you want! I used powdered sugar and more berries.
  8. Enjoy!
