Buns

-1½ cup brown grain brown rice
-1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar
-1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Sesame-Additional oil for cooking

Patty

-1 Sushi or Wild Sushi Grade BookSalmon, chopped
-1 tablespoon of reduced soy sauce-soy
-1½ tablespoon of sesame oil
-1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
-1 Chopped chives coffee spoon

Fittings

-2 pieces red leaf lettuce
-1 carrot, Julienne
-1 Little Julian cucumber
-½ lawyer

HOW TO DO IT


Step 1: BUNS

Cook the rice according to the indications of the package. Once the water is drained, mix in the seeds of vinegar and sesame.
