Peppermint twisted dark chocolate

These decadent peppermint chocolate chocolate pudding cups are made with all kinds of nutritious ingredients such as oat milk,Greek yogurtand an additional boost of protein with peppermintChocolate protein powder. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight, then garnish with all your favorite fittings like cocoa burrs, sprinkles, dark chocolate chips, etc.

Ingredients
For the pudding:
2 1/3 cups of oat milk (soy box, nuts, plant or dairy)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
1/4 cup of biological coconut sugar
4 CMSP corn corn
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon of chocolate chocolate pepper protein biochem
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
Kosher salt
1/4 cup mixed silk tofu or Greek yogurt
For garnish:
Greek yogurt
Dark chocolate or unsweetened chocolate chips
Cocoa nibs
Sprinkles
How to do it
- Combine oat milk, vanilla and honey.
- Add a small amount of milk to cornstarch to make a mud - reserved.
- Whisk together coconut sugar starch, salt and cocoa powder.
Add the dry ingredients above in the milk, whipping to combine. - Heat up to steam.
- Add the cornstarch / milk mud.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and, whipping constantly, keep to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Whisk in the protein powder and tofu or Greek yogurt (* If you use the tofu, mix in a culinary robot or a mixer until smooth before adding).
- Pour into a shallow cooking dish and cover with a plastic film affecting the surface.
- Put in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to cool completely.
- Serving in individual dishes (to make more smoothly, whisk gently before the game in service bowls)
- Top with a spoon of Greek yogurt
- Add black chocolate chips, cocoa burrs and sprinkles
- Serve and enjoy!
