Gives 4 servings (approx 2 cups each)
Ingredients
Burger Bowl:
1 lb raw beef extra-skinny
1/4 c. sea salt
¼ c. ground black pepper
1 sliced onion cup (approx. 1 average)
3 cups of roman chopped lettuce
1 cup of grape tomatoes cut in two
1 cup of sliced pickles
8 Turned Turned Bacon Slices, Chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Special sauce:
3 c. Mayonnaise (preferably based on olive oil)
2 tablespoons. Ketchup all natural
2 c. sornchillon
1 C. finely chopped onion
1 pinch of sea salt
Special equipment:
non-adhesive cooking aerosol
How to do it
- Heat a large skillet, slightly coated with the jet, over high heat until very hot.
- Add the chopped beef, salt and pepper and cook, stirring separate crumble meat, about 5 minutes, until it brown and cooked.
- Remove the chopped beef from the pan with a skimmer; Transfer to a plate with paper towels. Leave heat.
- Add the onions into the pan and cook without stirring for 2 to 3 minutes; Return and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more until it is gilded on both sides.
- For sauce, mix Mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, chopped onion and salt in a small bowl.
- To assemble the burger bowls, equally split lettuce into 4 bowls (approx. ¾ cup each). Garnish with ¼ cup of tomatoes, ¼ cup of canned vinegar, ¼ cup onion cooked, a quarter of the bacon (approx. 2 tranches), and ¼ cup of cheese. Pour uniformly with a sauce (approx. 1 c. + 1 ½ c. Each).
