Tuna skewers that make for the best aperitif

It is a filling means, packed with protein, oh so tasty to start your meal.

You will need

1/2 tablespoon of low soy soy soy
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon of Sriracha or other hot sauce
1 lb ahi tuna, cut in 8 long pieces

How to do it

  1. Soak 8 wooden skewers in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in an average saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Cook ginger and garlic until slightly grilled, about 1 minute. Add peanut butter, coconut milk and soy sauce.
  4. Leave simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice and Sriracha and remove it from heat.
  5. Heat a grill or cooktop tank until hot.
  6. Thorn out on a skewer and a brush of the sauce.
