Whole30 Shepherd Tart Recipe
This comforting berger tart of WOP30 Shepherd sounds the creamy sauce with coconut milk and nutrition yeast.
This tasted-for-that you take on a comforting pie of the shepherd of the whole cradle with a traditional terrestrial lead meat with garlic, onion and thyme, but it sounds the thick layer of mashed potatoes For sliced and mixed potatoes. Ingredients
1 tablespoonGHEE
1 yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, mined
4 medium carrots, peeled and diced
1 1/2 lb the chopped beef
1/2 c.
1/2 c. Trette pepper black
1 C. Fresh thyme
3 to 4 large potatoes in Yukon Gold
2/3 cup of complete canned coconut milk
1/4 cup of nutrition yeast
1 tablespoon Tapioca flour
How to do it
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large medium heat pan, add the GHEE. Once hot but not smoke, add the onion, garlic, carrots and cooking, stirring occasionally until the onions soften - about 6 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook, break the beef with a wooden spoon or spatula, until the beef starts bunning on the edges.
- Incorporate salt, pepper and thyme, then transfer the beef mixture into a 9 "x 13" cooking dish or a large round oven pan.
- Peel and finely cut the potatoes. Organize the potato slices on top of the beef so that they overlap slightly.
- Whisk together coconut milk, nutritional yeast and tapioca flour. Pour this mixture with care on the top of the pan.
- Cover the dish or stove firmly with aluminum foil and cook for about 45 minutes, then carefully remove the sheet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden gold.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
