Cassroulet recipe at the slow cooker at the slow cooker

If you are not sure exactly what a cassoulet is, it's basically a slow brokenpan From France, which usually has meat and beans. In this cassoulet, we remain faithful to the roots of the dish, but we exchange in Turkey, which brings a palette of different flavors to the meal.
This recipe is obviously made to be whipped into asmooker, then the preparation is very simple. You simply combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker and leave it sit down. Then you slowly remove the turkey and cut into pieces you put in the range. After that, your cassoulet will be done! This dish is not exactly like your typical cassoulet. Instead, it falls along the lines of a more flexible stew. Nevertheless, it is a meal that has a lot of things that need it that does not require a lot of preparation work, but gives a range of flavors, all for less than 325 calories. Ingredients
2 15 ounce cinnamon cinnamon cannelles, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 books of bones turkey thighs, skin removed
1 packet of 12 ounces of chicken sausage with garlic garlic or desired flavor chicken sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 15 ounces can sauce tomato added without salt
1/2 cup of reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of minced carrot
2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
2 clovesminced garlic
1 C. Thyme chopped fresh
1 bay sheet
1/2 c. Trette pepper black
1/4 c.
How to do it
- In a slight stove of 4 to 5 liters, combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook 6 to 7 hours or height from 3 to 3 hours 1/2 hour.
- Remove Turkey from the slow cooker.
- Remove the bones and cut the meat into 11/2 inch pieces. Return Turkey to the stove. Remove and discard the bay sheet before serving.
Eat
If you can not find the thighs of Turkey, use skinless chicken thighs 1 book, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Reduce the cooking time at 5 1/2 to 6 hours on low, or 2 3/4 to 3 hours on high.
