Kofte lamb kebabs with sauce with garlic tahini

Ingredients
For Kofte Kofte kebabs
2 lb of ground lamb

Shredded Roman lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion trench and hot bread pita (optional)
For sauce with garlic tahini
Juice of 2 large lemons
2 to 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2/3 cup of tahini paste
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 TSER. kosher salt
2 tablespoons. Cold water
How to do it
- Make the sauce with Tahini garlic, In a small bowl stirring lemon juice and garlic. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Add tahini, parsley, salt and water finally to a dressing type consistency.
