What is distinguished Ben & Jerry competition rises to more than just affinity for jam bands and hacky bags. The company remains attached to the quality of its ingredients. Dairy products are without hormones and ingredients of chocolate, vanilla and coffee are all certified fair trade. From a strictly nutritional point of view, however, it is still only an ice cream shop, and the average spoon of Ben & Jerry is packaged with more fat and sugar than most of its competitors.

We were happy to see Ben & Jerry's introduce his new range of Greek frozen yogurt flavors this year. Greek Fro Yo offers the same creamy goodness of regular ice cream, less the saturated fat. But avoid the cup pb. Ben and / or Jerry have managed to caminate more than the saturated fat of more than half a day, making it the worst Scoop on the menu and one of the worst in America.
