Did you know that Arby's is standing for something?

Your favorite fast food restaurant has a shocking secret.

If you consider yourself a quick catering connoisseur, it's more than likely that you have eaten at Arby at a time of your life. While you may have gone what looks like an eternity on the Arby menu, decide if a jamocha shake or a side fries goes better with your French dip, it is quite unlikely that you have passed a lot of time scrutinizing the company name.

Most of us do not know who the McDonald in McDonald is, where the King Burger presides, or what the means of quizno, but some intelligent Reddiors were convinced that they had cracked the key to the name of the Arby. The best known for their roasted beef sandwiches, Arby had to take the first two letters from their most popular menu item, R and B and combine them to create an original name. Ingenious!

The message was then broadcast on Twitter by comedianKath Barbadoro, who revealed that she "broke a lot of hearts" after telling some friends that the name was a little more than a phonetic spelling of the roasted beef acronym. The Tweet was then loved and shared more than 4,000 times.

The only problem? This is not really the real story behind the single moniker of the brand.

The name of the chain is actually a nod to the OG RBS, also known as Raffel Brothers, which founded the popular channel together in Boardman, Ohio, nearly 53 years. Since then, Arby has become a global phenomenon, with more than 3,342 restaurants in five countries, employing more than 74,000 people worldwide. Fortunately, the devotees of Arby on the Internet quickly explained the misunderstanding, throwing a campaign against rumors on the name of the company.

Barbadoro has sinceadmitted one's mistake, jokingly, "I'm sorry for spreading roasted beef propaganda. The RB of Arby's's's's's's's's's's's's 'Ishogs's's's's'

While Arby Roast Roast Sandwich remains the best-known dish in the chain, the name of the Raffel Brothers has taken a new life over half a century, with everything, turnarounds of womb apples pork at venison, finding a house on their menu today. In Canada, you can even get the Putin d'Arby.

The name of the Arby may have been the source of a major mixture, but all this has taken a lot of free advertising for the brand, and it seems like they make fun of laughing until the bank. Finally, false news that we can get behind! And now that your mind is blown, do not miss these elements just as shocking20 secrets that you did not know about eggs!
