A Swiss Burger Recipe of Red Wine Mushrooms

One of the many by-products of the Grand Burger Boom of the 21st century is what you could call Bourgie Burger. You will recognize it by its exotic condiments and its menu name of 20 syllables. Serve 4

You will need

2 chopped bacon bacon
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cloveminced garlic
4 cute CREMINI OF OZ, Sliced
1/2 cup of red wine
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Black salt and pepper
Sirloin on the ground of 1 lb
1/2 cup of gruyere shredded or other Swiss cheese
2 cups rocket
4 rolls, slightly grilled on the bowels

How to do it

  1. Bacon In a large slicing bar over medium heat for 5 minutes, until brown and crisp. Delete and book.
  2. Drain all but a teaspoon of bacon grease, then return the pan to the stove.
  3. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until the onions are slightly golden.
  4. Add fungi and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until mushrooms are mild.
  5. Add the red wine and the balsamic and simmer until the liquid starts to cling to vegetables. Fold in the reserved bacon. Season with black salt and pepper.
  6. Preheat a grill, a grilled saucepan or a cast iron pan.
  7. Gently form the firing in 4 equal cakes.
  8. Season the cakes on both sides with salt and pepper and cook about 4 minutes, until it is carbonized on the bottom.
  9. Return immediately with the cheese and continue cooking for another 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the burgers are firm but giving gently to the touch.
  10. Place a rocket handle at the bottom of each bun and high with a hamburger.
  11. Divide the mushroom mix among the 4 hamburgers and the top with bun tops.
