"Not only French fries are raised in fat and calories, but they are not very filled. Instead, opt for a lateral salad as it is lower in calories and fat, even higher in vitamins , minerals and fibers thanks to vegetables, "says McGrane. "Instead, order a McMuffin egg, which uses a muffin and an English ham. This simple exchange has just as many proteins, but half of the amount of total and saturated fat."
