McDonald's hosts this Drive-Thru event to more than 100 locations

The fast food giant will lead training interviews in more than 100 of their Californian places, extending from Santa Barbara to San Diego. According toNews from the Nation's restaurant, Drive Up Recruitment Day will take place on September 16 from 10h to 7 o'clock.
Interviews do not require prior planning and interested candidates will be able toSimply connect to the location selection window and receive an on-site interview opportunity. Regional operators noted that interviews will take place at a safe social distance. "Candidates can stay in their vehicles or sit in designated interview areas," said the company in a statement.

The chain hopes to make thousands of hirings with this effort. In June, they announced that they seek to expand their workforce by 260,000 workers this summer, which can be a way to try to meet this goal. The services industry as a whole started bouncing and recruiting part of their lost labor, but staffing levels areAnother 2.5 million jobs under the pre-pandemic.
Interested candidates can initiate their application process in advance via a text message or using Alexa or Google Assistant.
