Ingredients:
2 lawyers from Hass Ripe
2 c. Lime juice
2 c. Cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup of red onion (dice coupe)
1/2 Jalapeño comprising seeds (diced cut)
1/4 c. TSP SEL KosherWhat to do:
1. Cut the lawyers in half and remove the pits carefully
2. SCOOP Lawyers in a bowl
3. Mix and hand with lime juice
4. Add the salt and crush up until it is a smooth consistency
5. Fold the remaining ingredients and mix
6. Taste the GUAC and adjust the seasoning if necessary
