Internal business community reports That McDonald's has deployed voice recognition systems to about a dozen training, all at the Chicago market, which will serve as a first test case for a control process based on an IA. The CEO of Chris Kempczinski said the new technology is currently accurate in the way it receives an order of about 85% of the time, with some cases still requiring the help of a real human employee. IA systems could possibly lead to a better customer experience as well as lower labor requirements. But a national deployment of this technology will not happen soon.
