The best recipe for mini-pullover-separate lobster
They are sweet, spicy and Tangy-all rolled in a mini meal!
If you are looking for the perfectaperitif Feed a crowd - or even just a high day of weekbreakfast- These small lobster rolls are definitely for you. Not only do they make for a charming presentation, but they can be thrown together in less than 15 minutes.
One thing that gives these mini-lobster rollers a high flavor consists of exchanging celery for finely dice dill pickles. Even though Celery and dill pickles provide an added lacrosse that pair with lobster so perfectly, the bite of the dill pickle really takes these rollers at the next level.

Serves 6
Ingredients
Lobster meat of 1 pound (cooked), sliced in pieces of 1/2 to 1 inch
3 tablespides of dill pickle (about 1 pickle), finely diced
1 teaspoon of estragon, minced
3 tablespoons of chives, minced
1 tablespoon of parsley, minced
1/4 Mug of Mayonnaise
2/3 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/8 Cayenne pepper teaspoon
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 package (12) Separate soft rollers
1 tablespoon of melted butter
How to do it
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, add lobster meat, dill pickle, mayonnaise, tarragon, chives and parsley. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest and cayenne pepper.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
- Place the separated sweet rollers on a pastry plate and brush the vertices with melted butter.
- Cook sweet rollers for 8 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, cut each roll on a diagonal.
- Pour the lobster salad into each roll.
- Serve with potato chips and enjoy!
