Serves 6

Ingredients

Lobster meat of 1 pound (cooked), sliced ​​in pieces of 1/2 to 1 inch
3 tablespides of dill pickle (about 1 pickle), finely diced
1 teaspoon of estragon, minced
3 tablespoons of chives, minced
1 tablespoon of parsley, minced
1/4 Mug of Mayonnaise
2/3 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/8 Cayenne pepper teaspoon
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 package (12) Separate soft rollers
1 tablespoon of melted butter

How to do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add lobster meat, dill pickle, mayonnaise, tarragon, chives and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
  6. Place the separated sweet rollers on a pastry plate and brush the vertices with melted butter.
  7. Cook sweet rollers for 8 minutes.
  8. Once out of the oven, cut each roll on a diagonal.
  9. Pour the lobster salad into each roll.
  10. Serve with potato chips and enjoy!
