For many, Luby's cafeterias are synonymous with family meals, including Sunday. Some nostalgic menu Favorites include comforting foods like golden fried fish, mac 'n' cheese, chicken fried steak, meat and fried okra. Their Luanne tray, a combined meal comprising a main dish, two sides and roller, might be their most important contribution to fast pop culture.
Fuddruckers, on the other hand, are specialized in "the largest burgers in the world". The meat for all their hamburgers is constant on the spot, and the breads in Hamburger are cooked in the house as well. Additions such as lettuce, tomato, onions and chain cheese sauce are displayed in a buffet style self-serve for easy customization.
You can probably always give you a visit or two before the channels close their doors for good, because the selected locations are always open.
