Ingredients

Shake Shack Sauce

1/2 Mayo cup
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1/4 c. TSP Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
1 tablespoon of pickle brine

Shake Shack Burger

1 lb chopped beef
8 lettuce leaves
8 slices of tomatoes
4 small hamburger breads
4 slices of American cheese
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt pepper

How to do it

  1. Make the sauce, whisk all the ingredients into a bowl.
  2. For hamburger, dividing the beef uniformly chopped into 4 oz. Portions (this should make 4 cakes).
  3. Form them in a burger galette with your hands. Press them so that the pancakes are thin - they will shrink when cooking.
  4. Season each side of the galette with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat acast iron medium heat. Once hot, melt the butter in the pan.
  6. Discard the pancakes on the pan. Cook on each side for 5 minutes.
