But what you may not expect is that it also has more nutritious items that do not lege to flavor. "It should be noted that as the mother of a child with nut allergies, seeds and eggs, the Domino is one of the only national chains whose pizzas are free of nuts, seeds and eggs, which was a huge relief for me, "Moreno explains. "White bread, red meat, very small deals of plants and a cheese that does not show exactly of nature - I would leave that to Philadelphia," says Moreno.

Obviously, the pasta coated with creamy fat sauce will not be one of the most conscious menu items. But while some of the other pasta contain at least one veggie here and there, it really lacks variety.

"Nary a food plant or fiber is in this plate of robust cream and ice, rich and salty," says Moreno.

Cinnamon Bread Twists

Domino's offers three desserts: torsions of cinnamon bread, marbled baby brownies and chocolate lava cakes. Although none of them are very nutritious, cinnamon bread twists were one of the worst whole objects, according to Moreno.

Moreno has chosen this as one of the best menu items as it contains many vegetables, fibers and plant nutrients, a.k.a. phytochemicals. "I would add my own olive oil and my vinegar and I would jump the croutons," she recommends take away.
