Cheeseburgers
Worst: Supersonic Double Bacon Double Cheeseburger with Mayo

Hot Dogs

"In nearly 800 calories, this heavy Hot-Dog also has 19 grams of saturated fat and a sodium day," says Bannan.
Just how much is 19 grams of saturated fat? For a perspective, about two portions ofBen & Jerry Grassouillet Grass Cream, or half of the pint, contains 22 grams of saturated grease and for about 90 calories less. We all know how rich and creamy ice cream! As Bannan mentioned, this menu item will cancel your daily sodium allowance if it is consumed at a time. Select this hot dog with a friend or opt for another menu item.
Best: All American dogs-6 inches
Considering that there are only three hot-dog options available in all sonic locations across the United States, there is not much to go out. Of the three, the dog of all the Americans, consisting of 100% pure beef, is surmounted by ketchup, mustard and sprinkled with taste and choppedonions. With this option, you avoid calories and the excess saturated grease from the chilli in the dog Coneey and eat only 6 inches. This is the most judicious option offered at all locations.

If you follow a diet of 2,000 calories-a-day, you will want to dispense that 2,300 milligrams of sodium during the day, do not consume almost all of this in a burrito of 840 calories.
Best: Bread toaster with ham
If the ham variety is available in sound in your city, opt for this one on the traditional variety of bacon.
"Ham can be a more meager protein option, and this breakfast is one of the lowest saturated fat," says Bannan. "It is still relatively high in sodium, but is lower in sugar and more protein than the sodium options below the menu".
As a comparison, if you choose the sandwich with bacon, you spend 70 more calories and three additional grams of saturated fat. Nothing too much because, but ham would be the best choice.
Snacks and sides
Worst: Chile Cheese Tots
