But what is actually in this bottle? Much less coffee, and many more things you may not think. In fact, about half of your bottle drink is composed of sweeteners, preservatives, thickeners and milk of course. And that means what you get for your money is much less chosen, and much more let go.

<1% natural flavoring such as cocoa, vanilla and possibly spices

This could be any of the ingredients we have just identified - or none of them. Bottle beverage companies retain their exact secrecy and FDA makes no serious effort to control the use of the word "natural" on nutrition labels. Case case: A Javapro coffee drink boasts "natural flavors" when, in fact, it also got artificial sweetener sucralosis.

<1% Caffeine

If you buy a bottle of coffee for the powers of caffeine, you do not get your money. In fact, a Starbucks Coffee Beverage Frappuccino has about 76 mg of caffeine, less than half of what you receive from a great caffe mocha - even a bottle of mountain dew has more juice. 1% thickeners such as pectin and carrageenan

Pectin is a natural fruit fiber. What is so bad about a natural fiber?
