The best burgers for weight loss


When I built my new weight loss plan Zero Yellow Diet I knew that the only way to get people really excited about the commitment was to give them a selection of the food they loved. And that meant hamburgers.

But of course, any beef chain's restaurant or beef cheese chain will not do it. At Ruby Tuesday, for example, you will not find a single hamburger for less than 1,200 calories - almost as much as you eat in a day of stones on zero belly!

So I created the zero matrix of the belly burger, a method to which you could eat hamburgers as often as you want and always lose weight. My secret plan worked:

"We loved the hamburgers!", Says one of our test prepats, Kyle Cambridge, 28, who lost 15 pounds in 14 days. "My wife and I decided to add a salad to each meal; the books started to melt!"
