Food companies feel the pressure to stay with aincreased demand for their products, and it starts to show. Last week, Progresso recalled thousands of pounds of chicken soup because the cans were filled with the wrong soup. Now, a similar mistake would have occurred in a potato chip installation.

Frito-Lay issued a reminder of a preferred potato chip of a fan yesterday, due to undeclared ingredients. The brandRecalled 1 oz, 1 1/2 oz, 2 5/8 oz, 7 3/4 oz, 12 1/2 oz and 15 1 1/2 oz of barbecue flavored potato bags After noticing, they were filled with bad chips. The mixture could potentially expose dairy consumers that has not been declared on the label, the company noted.

This reminder will only worry if you bought Frito-Lay BBQ fleas in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.

No other product, sizes, flavors or variety packs has been recalled, the company noted. And so far, there were no reports of allergic reactions due to packaging error.
