There was a lot of changes to grocery shopping experience at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. Security measures likeMain special hours, mask requirements, contactless payment, Plexiglas dividers, and more have been put in place to reduce the propagation of the virus months ago. Most are always installed, but a major grocery chain makes a change. And this could affect your next purchase trip.

Unless it is required by local rules, Publix removes unidirectional alleys. This means that the arrows on the ground, the decals and the signs will not be there to tell customers of how to walk, according to theTampa Bay Times. The reason for the relaxation of the rule returns to customer habits.
