The best recipe of peppermint chocolate cookies in the world

In the fall, everything is on the flavored food on the pumpkin. But when the holidays are finally returning, people exchange their favorite pumpkin products for deliciouspepper mint Goodies. Here is an easy step guide of how to make peppermint cookies at home.

Peppermint chocolate cookie recipe

Made 24 cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup of non-salty butter, softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Peppermint extract 1/4 c.
1 1/4 cup of flour
1 C. Cooking powder
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
Pieces of peppermint candies

Cool the dough

Whip together wet ingredients, then add the sieved dry ingredients into the bowl. Form circular dough, then cover with a plastic film and place it in the refrigerator to cool. Cooling Cookies will help them keep a good shape when cooking cooking later. Cool for about 3 hours or night.

Use any peppermint candy you want

To form cookies, enough dough to make a ball of 1 inch. Once you have the ball, press a little to form a small shape of cookies. Do not worry, it will increase slightly in the oven.

To decorate cookies, choose any pepper candy you like! For these cookies, I chose to use classic peppers and some special editionsM & M Peppermint. You can also use crushed candy canes if you have slept!

Cook the oven cookies at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Peppermint chocolate cookie recipe

  1. Mix together butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and peppermint in a large bowl or electric support mixer. Whisk together.
  2. In a separate bowl, tamp the flour, cooking powder and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Sprinkle in the wet mixture and stir until the cookie dough is completely combined.
  3. Wrap the cookie dough and leave it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or during the night.
  4. Once the paste is cooled, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Scoop and roll 1 inch balls of cookie dough. Press your hand lightly.
  6. Place the cookies on a pastry plate lined with parchment paper. Add the peppermint candies you want on top.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes.
