These states punish restaurants because of ViVid-19 violations

With cases of COVID-19 again on the rise, several American states have introduced new restrictions onRestaurants and bars. After nearly a year of operating restrictions, many restaurants repel and are punished for that.
Alibi beverages challenged the governor of the Order of Minnesota to stop all interior meals. The restaurant based in Lakeville could have its liquor license suspended for 60 days after hosted "non-stop tables" in December, according to theTribune. "It puts the state of Minnesota in a place where we see 3,000 to 4,000 new infections a day. What do we have only had, 92 other dead?" Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of the State, said about the deeds of challenge. "Before you talk about what I'm going to do, we should talk about what Covid will do. A Northern Kentucky Café belonging to Richard Hayhoe kept open when the Governor of the State is closed inside from November 20th to December 13, according to NBC News.WLWT5. He was then accused of having operated a restaurant without a license in acriminal complaint.
The BBQ of the State of Yergie State in Indiana was closed by the Wells County Health Ministry, after the owner would have violated the Governor's orders on capacity limits and masks, according to the NBC company News StribiliateDECLINE. The owner Matt Yegler then continued the state, claiming that he was "no rational basis" so that employees wear a face covering the work.
