The best beer for every food

Food and wine have always had a symbiotic relationship.

Do chefs and sommeliers do they use one to improve the other, turning to an intense merlot to reinforce the tone of a white ribeye or sauvignon to match the subtle softness of a sole net. But beer and food? Absolutely, says a choir of the best leaders of America and brewers. "Good food can make the right beer tastes better, and vice versa," says Aviram Turgeman, a cicerone (like a sommelier of beer) at the Cafe d'Alsace in New York. But like pairs of wines and food, it is not always obvious for the average Joe who best complete the other. And when you try to lose weight and decide to deliver you to a delicious cheating meal, you really want to succeed. This ensures that every calorie is savored and should not it always be the case?

To lend you by hand, we asked Turgeman to share his Intel. Here it reveals the most tasty food and beer that assemble as well as specific brand suggestions too!
