According to recent reports, many agents work longer and have been increased stress since September 11, leaving them with less time to hit the gym. That's why, for the first time in 16 years, the F.B.I. requires agents to take an exercise review - and we have discovered exactly what it involves. * Note: SIT-UPS must be performed in one minute and push-ups must be performed without stopping. Agents have a five-minute break between the exercises.
