Zero belly recipe: easy chicken soup and rice

What you will need
1/2 Chicken with roasting
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of onion finely cut into diced
1/2 cup of finely diced celery
1/2 cup of carrot finely dice
2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
3 cups of low sodium vegetable broth
1 C. Kosher salt tea
1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (your choice)
1 cup baked brown rice
HOW TO DO IT
Step 1
Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken. Choose meat, white and dark, carcass and shredded. Reserve 1/2 meat for a future meal.
2nd step
Heating olive oil on average heat in a 4 liter sauce. Add the onion, celery and carrot and cook for up to two minutes.
Step 3
Add the chicken broth, vegetable broth and pot salt and bring it to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 additional minutes.
Step 4
Add chicken, rice and fresh herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
