These 16 ounce containers are available in four different flavors - a creamy chocolate, a chip of mint, cookies and vanilla creams and beans - and boast 260 to 330 calories each! (And yes, byeach we want to sayall the pint.) But do not yet choose your jaw because it becomes even better. If you come to finish the entire pitch, you will end up consuming a cream that is packaged with an impressive 20 grams of muscle holding protein!

To put things in perspective, examine the nutritional profile of the Ordinary Ice Cream of Brayer.

Bryers Natural VS. Brerys offense

BREYERS NATURAL VANILLE

By ⅔ cup: 175 calories, 9 g of grease (5 g of saturated grease), 45 mg of sodium, 19 g of carbohydrates (0 g of fiber, 19 g of sugar), 3 g protein

Bryers delights the bean of vanilla

Per ⅔ Cup: 90 calories, 2.5 g of grease (1.5 g saturated grease), 55 mg of sodium, 21 g of carbohydrates (0 g fiber, 7 g sugar, 6 g of sugar alcohol ), 7 g protein

As you can see by comparing nutritional profiles, Breyers New Delights Line is significantly lower for almost all nutrients save sodium and carbohydrates. You can assign the lower calorie and the number of fats of delights because while the natural vanilla is made with milk and cream, the line of delight is made of skim milk and only a touch of cream. A significant calorie block will also come from sweeteners. Natural vanilla is relaxed only of sugar, while delights are sweet with a mixture of erythritol sugar alcohol and natural sweeteners and calories of sugars, CED A (Stevia).

HALO TOP VS. Breryers offense

Halo Top Vanilla Bean

By pint: 240 calories, 8 g of grease (4 g of saturated grease), 440 mg of sodium, 52 g of carbohydrates (12 g of fiber, 20 g sugar, 20 g of sugar alcohol), 20 g of protein

Bryers delights the bean of vanilla

By pint: 260 calories, 7 g of grease (4 g saturated grease), 160 mg of sodium, 63 g of carbohydrates (0 g of fiber, 21 g sugar, 19 g of sugar alcohol), 20 g protein

Halo Top is a little higher in fat than the new coming from Breyers because they use more milk and cream as well as eggs. The pint at the edge of gold is also significantly higher in the fiber thanks to the addition of prebiotic fibers, which will help feed your good bugs. In addition to the fiber, another flagrant difference between the pints is sodium: the top of Halo is almost three times more sodium than from Brye-Breyers. Otherwise, both are similar in that they are both softened with Erythritol and Stevia.

From what we soap so far, Bryers seem to have issued a competitive solid in the scene of the diet ice cream. We look forward to trying these pints, and if you can not, you will have to wait until they hit them in store shelves in August.
