The new weird way to eat lawyer? Tea
Leaves could have a number of health benefits.
Maybe Toast Avocado is your breakfast. But did you try lawyer tea?
For me, growing up with a mother who is strongly invested in her Irish heritage meant tea at least three times a day. I had tea with breakfast and like a pick-me-skin of the afternoon and a fresh cup always accompanied by a dessert before going to bed. Although the cups I drank were different, the tea inside the cups was always the same thing: black lipton.
Now that I am 27 years old, tea is always a core food in my diet, but these days, I sipped a variety of leaves and flavors to which my mother would emit an eyebrow. OfDavidstea Peanut Butter Cup Tea ToBlack Fortified Tea Raspberry Coconut Tea Tea, I will try anything once ... evenlawyer tea.
The concept of sipping the lawyer could seem ridiculous when you could extend it on a piece of toast, but believe me, it is not as odd as it sounds.
What is lawyer tea?
In this case, I triedTea of lawyer leaves, which is made from avocado leaves. (This is not the same thing asTea from avocado seeds, about which it has not been studied on human security.) Sharon Colona, the co-founder and the owner of the tea of lawyers, inspired by the diversified history of the factory during The foundation of society.
"After deciding to buy a Goove lawyer last year, I started doing some research on all things to the lawyer," says Colona. "I noticed that the leaves of the lawyer have been used for centuries, dating from the Aztecs and Mayans, for their pharmaceutical properties."

What does the taste of avocado leaf tea look like?
Lawyer tea is in five flavors, but I decided to taste the "natural" mixture of the brand. I had imagined it like a kind of green tea, but lawyer tea gives rise to a clear red hue.
TheA lawyer's website says it has "notes of earth, a hot reddish color and a delicate flavor". At the first sip, I found the description exact. And the hot drink decreases incredibly gently.
My experience with lawyer tea
When I finished my first cup, I felt more full that I usually do it during a cup of black tea with breakfast. I also saw a difference in my levels of anxiety and focus throughout the morning; I finished a writing mission quickly and efficiently, and when I went to the grocery store, I was not even nervous from the road through the rain.
After a second cup of the afternoon, I had enough energy for a 40 minute yoga workout, even if the tea is decaf. It could be becauseLawyers contain serotonin, who can stimulate mood and overall layout. Serotonin also promotes healthy sleep cycles and I can honestly say that the two tea cups of lawyer's leaves have had a positive impact on me that night. I felt tired at a timely moment and I fell asleep as soon as my head struck the pillow.
In addition, I'm suffering from IBS, and I'm still looking for new ways to relieve my symptoms. I suffered from pain in my abdominals, bloating and constipation at the time I tried tea of lawyer leaves. The next morning, I was able to go to the bathroom with minimal discomfort. Which could be because the tea antioxidants support agut healthyand fight inflammation.
Overall, I would definitely recommend lovers give this delicious mix of trying. It will be a staple in my morning routine until the last bag was brewed. Of course, I do not suggest you to say "buh-bye" to lawyers' tranches forever, but I am willing to bet that anyone who loves Guacamole will appreciate this sip of lawyer.
