This roast Turkey is ideal for Thanksgiving or Christmas, but in all honesty, it's amazing any period of the year if you like grilled Turkey. It's great for dinner any day of the week and burst fresh citrus aromas and herbs. Or refrigerate it after cooking and cut slim meat for genial turkey sandwiches for lunch.

Cooking time: 5 to 7 hours on low

Size of the slow cooker: 5-liters (4,7-L) or more

Ingredients

6-7 pounds (2.7-3.2 kg) Turkey breast with OS-on-the-skin
3 oranges of average navel (2 coupes in quarters; 1 zested and juice)
4-5 Sprigs Thyme Fresh
4-5 Fresh Rosemarin Sprigs
4-5 Sprigs Fresh Sage Sheets
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 tablespoon (2 g) chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon (3 g) chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon (3 g) chopped fresh sage
¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 cup (235 ml) Low sodium chicken stock, bought in store or house

instructions

1. Rinse the chest of the turkey under the cold water in the sink and dry them with a pair of paper towels.
2. Place the quarterly orange slices and the strands of thyme, rosemary and sage at the bottom of the slow cooker.
