How to do it

1

Pour the whipping cream in a bowl orMixer on base. Mix at high speed until stiff ridges are starting to form. You will know the whipped cream has "stiff peaks" when you lift the mixer from the bowl and the picks of whipped cream can stand on their own means. It took me about five minutes to get the cream with this perfect coherence. However, you do not want cream whipping too much, so be sure to look closely. You do not want to get lumps or steep.

In a small bowl, mix the aroma vanilla and sweet concentrated milk. If you plan to try different aromas, it's the stage to do it. Vanilla substitute with mint, almond or other flavors you desire. You can also use food coloring here if you wish.

3

Incorporate the mixture of milk slowly

You'll want to do it slowly! I picked up in a small amount of milk at a time and folded in the whipped cream. Continue this step until all the milk has been folded in the whipped cream. But again, do not beat too much! You want to feel the light. The mixture will stray in this step of not being alarmed.

4

Pour into a flat baking dish

The use of a glass oven dish (or a deep glass pie dish), spread the ice cream mixture with a spatula.

5

Gel for 6 hours

Move the ice cream into the freezer (discovered) and freeze for at least 6 hours. You can try it earlier (I would say 4 hours minimum), but I personally find the ice cream has a nice hand after 6 hours.
