Ingredients
1 cup of pistachios, shell
1 cup of dried cranberries
8 oz. goat cheese
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
How to do it
- Place the pistachios with bombing in a plastic bag and a seal. Crush the pistachios using a rolling pin.
- Mix 1/4 crushed pistaches, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, goat cheese and softened cream cheese in a bowl.
- Move the cheese mixture to a sheet of parchment paper. Take the corners of the parchment paper so that the cheese is secure, then the shape in a bullet.
- Add the rest of the pistachios, dried cranberries and chopped parsley in a bowl. Using a great spoon, roll the cheese ball in the bowl until it is completely coated.
