Cauliflower Instant Pot "Mac" and Cheese

Transform your favorite comfortable food dish into a low carbohydrate dinner using your snapshot!


Macaroni and cheese are a classic dish that has two important ingredients: macaroni and cheese sauce. Clearly a dish where you replace macaroni with cauliflower could not be called "mac and cheese" simply by nature. Use freshly shredded cheddar

While a shredded cheddar cheese bag causes a shorter preparation time, I find a freshly shredding blocking a block of cheddar cheese to always be the right move. Pre-shredded cheese has a cellulose lining, so that cheese does not stick together, which means that cheese does not stick well once melted. While mac cauliflower and cheese are already quite delicious to eat, if you have time, you can take your cheese cauliflower at the next oven van. Due to cream cheese, cooking cabbage will give mac cabbage and cheese an almost texture of the cheesecake. Without the sugar, of course.

Ingredients

1 cabbage head
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of thick cream
1 cream cheese block, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 C. Garlic powder tea
1 C. Onion powder tea
1 C. TSP salt
1/4 c.

How to do it

  1. Add the water at the bottom of the instant pan. Place the Trécre in the pan, then the full cabbage. The head of the cauliflower must be turned up, the leaves on the bottom.
  2. Close the snapshot and seal it. Cook on the manual (pressure cooking) for 2 minutes with high pressure. Once completed, release the pressure immediately.
  3. Carefully remove the cauliflower of the instant pot carefully using the sides of the subtype. Separate the head of cauliflower in tiny florets using your hands.
  4. Turn on the snapshot on the jumped function.
  5. Add into the thick cream, cubes of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Whisk together until everything is combined and the cheese is completely melted.
  6. Add in the coures cabbage to the instantaneous pot. Mix until cauliflower is completely covered with cheese.
