A Mary-Embied Bloody Bloody Stupon Steak Recipe

You will need
2 cups tomato juice (spicy V8 works best)
2 c. Prepared horseradish
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon juice
1/2 c. Worcestershire Sauce Soup
10-15 Shakes Sauce Tabasco
Black pepper to taste
1 lb flank skirt or steak
How to do it
- Combine tomato juice, horseradish, garlic, lemon juice, workershire, tabasco and pepper in a cooking dish and use a whisk to mix completely.
- Add the steak and turn into a coat.
- Cover with a plastic wrap. Mariner in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.
- Preheat a grill.
- Pour the marinade and throw it.
- Use a paper towel to bring most of the steak marinade.
- When the grill is very hot, add the steak and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side for rare means.
- Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting in fine slices against the grain of the meat.
