A whole celebrity dietician eats in a day
The dietitian of famous Keri Glassman gives us a look at his foods combined for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Since the very beginning of my career, I knew that healthy life concerns much more than food. When I started my practice a little over 16 years ago, I have incorporated components like sleep and stress management into my clients' meal plans (and my original logo!). I saw that nutrition was just a piece of a much larger healthy trick. My approach has always involvedEight important pillars, and that's how I approach my daily diet.
In other words, while I make food choices throughout the day, I still think about how I go to my plate will affect other aspects of my healthy lifestyle, as my stress levels and my routine exercises.
Breakfast
I am a big breakfast! I am almost always in protein, healthy fat and vegetables. I usually have asmoothie Whereeggs Or a kind of toast such as the toast of lawyer or hummus and tomato toast, but most importantly, my turn is smoothies and eggs. Thesmoothie is usually composed of almond milk, myprotein powder, greens of a kind, nut butter and supplementpowder, perhaps like a booster.

My boyfriend has done this one and added in spinach (we always have spinach at home - it's one of my staples) and chopped peppers we had sliced in the fridge. Then we heated dinner potatoes the previous night. Usually, we would have a small side salad with that, but I guess we were low on the greens!
I also drink two cafes with almond milk in the morning, followed by water and herbal tea all day.

Snack
I can almost never have breakfast without snack. I usually focus on healthy health and / or protein here and I try to get vegetables in as many meals and snacks as possible. Here I hadolives from. I was running at meetings and I like to change this rapid snack of walnut morning. But often, this snack would be a spoon of nut butter, a kind of walnut, even a lawyer with lemon and sea salt. It just depends on where I am.
Breakfast
It's a fairly typical breakfast at home. When I'm at home for lunch, I'll set together a kind of kitchen sink salad with green vegetables, whatever the vegetables that I have around and the remains of protein or legumes. Having dinner
Home dinners are usually composed of raw vegetables (I like to go out on the table for children leading to dinner, then at the meal, too), cooked vegetables, proteins and sometimes a grain or a potato. I do not show raw vegetables here, but I had carrots, endives, cucumber and radish. This dish is super simple salmon and cooked and plated artichokes on the rocket. I also did childrenCesar salad. I sometimes have a glass of wine at dinner, but not always.
Something other I work sometimes in my diet throughout the day - especially when I'm moving and I do not have time to eat enough vegetables - is aJuice of abundance of life. It is so easy to keep the packets in my bag and move them into a glass of water for additional additional nutrients.
And, of course, before going to bed, I almost always drink a cup of tea from chamomile for a good night's sleep.
