Beef lettuce recipe inspired by Thai

You will need
12 oz flank, skirt or sirloin steak
Black salt and pepper
1 tablespoonhot sauce (We love Sriracha)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
Lime juice, as well as neighborhoods like filling
1 Pepper Jalapeño, finely sliced
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup of chopped fresh coriander
1 carrot, grated
1 head lettuce bibb, separate leaves
How to do it
- Heat the hot grill or heat a pan to grill on a high heat for at least 5 minutes.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and take it on the grill.
