This fruit can give you a brain boost

A randomized reciprocal study, with a recent double, has examined 35 middle-aged individuals aged 40 to 65 who have been fed either a wild cupblueberry or a placebo equivalent forbreakfast. The results were clear: those who had eaten wild blueberries (AKA WBB) were able to maintain a level of concentration and performance sustained during the day in both task groups, while those who had received a placebo have seen a decrease in performance as the day continued. The researchers also noted that those in the wild blueberry group were faster in their correct answers as the placebo group.

"This study indicated that the acute cognitive advantages of the [Blueberry Wild] of the contribution of the WBB on healthy elderly cognitive persons, particularly in the context of demanding tasks and cognitive fatigue," wrote the authors of the 'study.

It is far from the first study to find that wild blueberries offer generous generous advantages.
