Ingredients
1 cup almonds (soaked in water overnight)
4 cups of water
Optional Addition:
Vanilla bean (or extract)
Medjool dates
Maple syrup, honey, agave or stevia to taste
How to do it
Soak almonds
You will want to soak almonds overnight. Place the cup almonds in a bowl and fill with water (added to the recipe), leaving room for dipping. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 8 to 12 hours.
Mix the ingredients
Mix soaked almonds, water and optional ingredients in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes until completely blended and creamy.
Warp mixture
Suffer the mixture into a bowl with a transplant, a kitchen towel or a nut milk bag. Sressez any liquid and set aside paste remaining almond.
