How we noticed them

Nutrition
Calories, lipids, carbohydrates and are not serious determining factors because most instant mashed potato mixtures are similar in all areas.
Texture
Is your nitty bowl or gummy? Potatoes puree as creamy and decadent as your grandmother? Although these instant mixtures, we (sorta) wait for the taste like the real thing.
Taste

From the worst ... at best
Idaho mashed
Nutrition:By 2 c. (23 g): 80 calories, 0 g of fat (0 g saturated fat), sodium 15 mg, 18 g of carbohydrates (1 g of fibers, 0 g sugar), 2 g of protein
Eat this, not that! Verdict:
Unlike other choices on this list, the Idaho pure mix has been composed of powder rather than the potato flakes expected. This has resulted in a dense and flavored bowl that little to be desired. In addition, sprayed tates boasted an artificial scent and a taste that was emerging. We would need thick sauce of full boats to hide the flavor as a chemical of this box.
Idahoan Flakes
Nutrition: By 1/3 cup (22 g): 80 calories, 0 g of fat (0 g saturated fat), sodium 15 mg, 17 g of carbohydrates (1 g of fibers, 1 g of sugar), 2 g of protein
Eat this, not that! Verdict:
Although this mashed potato mixture was more creamy than Idaho, it was also very foamy in consistency of a feature we could do without. In fact, the mixture was so thick, it could be served down upside down as a Dairy Queen Blizzard. Although the self-clam Idahoan is "Gold Standard since 1960," we say you skip these Sarcle and opt for one of our first-order mixtures instead.
Hungry Jack
Nutrition: By 1/3 cup (22 g): 80 calories, 0 g of fat (0 g saturated fat), sodium 15 mg, 17 g of carbohydrates (1 g of fibers, 0 g sugar), 2 g of protein
Eat this, not that! Verdict:
Instant Hungry Jack of mashed potatoes had a gummy texture, which we did not go crazy for. However, mid-taste, it was butterier that other brands, which granted this choice of extra points. It was not our favorite, but we can see this mixture pairing and a base for cheese, pieces of bacon, chives, and other packings, as the flavor was subtle and non-overwhelming.
Idaho Sarcle
Nutrition:By ⅓ cup (80 g): calories, 0 g of fat (0 g saturated fat), sodium 15 mg, 17 g of carbohydrates (1 g of fibers, 0 g sugar), 2 g of protein
Eat this, not that! Verdict:
We liked that this mixture was composed of thick flakes rather than a powder disorder. This gave a trapu side, natural consistency and look that satisfies each bite. One of our taste testers says that Idaho Spuds' mixed had the homemade mashed taste. It makes sense, because the brand has been bringing their crop in the form Boxed since the 1930s! Whether you are to prepare for a holiday dinner or simply flying a meal night meal, this option is a good choice.
Red Mill Apple Flakes of Bob
Nutrition: By ⅓ cup (17 g): 60 calories, 0 g of fat (0 g fatty fat), sodium 10 mg, 14 g of carbohydrates (1 g of fiber, 1 g of sugar), 1 g of protein

Eat this, not that! Verdict:
Unlike most of its competitors, Red Mill of Bob labels its instant puree as "potato flakes. The transparent language speaks for itself: this mixture is composed of a single ingredient: potatoes! This means that you will find zero artificial preserving agents or additives that other brands are sneaking in their area of support. Bob has a thick texture that will hold butter, chopped garlic, and grated cheddar, as well as a rich and potatoey flavor that has kept our spoons soak in more. Our taste testers said, "It smells like a farm" and "tastes, just like my nana! If you are looking to impress your guests without putting too much work, pair Bob Flakes of Red Mill potatoes with turkey this year, and prepare for happy customers.
