Denny's Adding New Comfort Foods to His Menu

Breakfast items (or a day) are hot and crazy, but they have a lot of sodium.


Autumn is booming, andDenny's is embracingcomfort food Season by welcoming five additions to its classic American menu. During the 1,500 chain locations of all 50 states, you can find new meals, all guaranteed that you fill yourself - and keep warm because it's cold outside.

Each menu Addition, including the American mastery and the great SlamWich, combines some of the best flavors of the season with fusion cheese. They also have more than half of the calories that you are supposed to consume in one day, plus a large amount of sodium. TheAmerican Heart Association Recommends ideal daily consumption of more than 1,500 milligrams (but no more than 2,300 milligrams) in total.

The big slamp is a riff of the emblematic emblematic breakfast of Denny. It has scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, bacon and American cheese between two slices of toast potatoes grilled with a maple spice. With corrugated cut fries, the meal appears in more than 1,450 calories and 3,650 milligrams of salt.

TheChicken cookies and bowl of sauce Is up with the large slamwich in terms of calories and sodium. It includes two open-faced cookies with chicken tenders, country sauce, cheddar cheese and two eggs. The dish has 1,040 calories and 3,360 milligrams of salt. Which puts the sodium accounts for both dishes with our list of the35 salty food meal on the planet.

TheAmerican Patty MLT Includes a beef cake, caramelized onions, Swiss and American cheeses, and a fully American sandwich sauce between two pieces of grilled potato bread. Although it has more than 1,100 calories, it is lower in sodium than the first two articles in the list with 2,020 milligrams.

At 1,020 calories and 1,620 milligrams of sodium, theMelt the Chick 'N' SHROOM is a little lighter than other meals. This fusion has an experienced chicken breast, jumped mushrooms, spinach, Swiss cheeses and a mayo on grilled potato bread.

Among the new menu items, theSteakhouse Deluxe Bowl is the one with the least calories. Without adding sides, the bowl has 630 calories but still has 1,890 milligrams of sodium.
