I could not lose weight only last year because I started to really love my body. Even in quarantine, I need to love and be kind to my body, because things are already stressful as these.

Once I arrived at this realization, I sat down with a good pen and papers and wrote some truths onbalanced diet and diet that I had to remember myself. I found them incredibly useful with my mentality to stay healthy right now, and I hope they also bring you a comfort in this test time.

Remember that your body needs food.

Sometimes it will mean asparagus, sometimes it will mean pancakes. It also means listening to your body if it is actually hungry or not, and I find that most of the time, I think of food out of boredom, not hungry.

Your body wants to feed themselves properly and it will look different every day. A few days, your body will look for a lot of deliciousgrilled vegetables, while other days, your body needs carbohydrates and grease. Really give yourself and listen to it and nourish your body. Practice intuitive diet is a continuous process, you will not be perfect. But you will better listen to his needs over time, I promise you.

Although it is easy to convince us that we have to feed with chocolate all the time, I bet to eat soft treats constantly do not make you feel good in the long run. My body crosses an incredible amount of stress right now, and it's wantingcomforting foods. The scale helps me to see how my body reacts in stressful situations and helps me learn from my long-term health. The balance does not reflect my identity. It has absolutely no hand on which I am as a person, it's just a tool for more information on my scientific makeup. That's it.

So when you skip on the scale, look at it scientifically instead of emotionally. Learn more about your body at this time rather than abuse it. If you are some books right now, it's okay! Start taking notes on your weight and how you feel. Because if you eat nourishing foods for your body that make you feel your best, I promise that ladder will start thinking. It takes just time and patience.

Take advice from nutritionists and coaches who get it.
