A lean shepherd pie that you can not resist
There is nothing quite like the comfort of meat and potato dish, right?
Like many comforting foods in the world, Shepherd's pie is born from humble origins, invented as a way to use old meat remnants, with vegetables and potato trim used to stretch the dish in portions additional and simultaneously including even more nutrients. It is the tariff of meat and potato to its end: a slow mixture of ground red meat and vegetables covered with a warm blanket ofmashed potatoesin the pie recipe of a shepherd. The dish is traditionally made with the lamb (you know, because the shepherds care about sheep), but the firing makes a softer and perfectly tasty pie.
