A new survey Pollock Communications andToday's diiditateReleased January 13 describes the main trends in nutrition for 2021. More than 1,100 dietary registered nutritionists (DNA) provided "a thorough review of how [they] believe that consumer regimes changed due to COVID -19. We all spent more time at home in 2020 and 78% of NDRs think that the frequent snack is there to stay. They also believe that the best buying pilots will be grocery stores who support immunity; are affordable and based on value; and promote emotional comfort and well-being. As a result, they predict these superfoods will be raised in the racing lists of all:

  1. Fermented foods like yogurt and kefir
  2. Blueberry
  3. Green tea
  4. Exotic fruits like Acai and golden bays
  5. Seeds like chia and hemp
  6. Lawyers
  7. Spinach and other green leafy
  8. kale
  9. Nuts
  10. Salmon

This year marks the first time that thetwo green (on the list in # 7 and 8) made the top 10.Green tea, a well-known anti-inflammatory and immune drink increased by the No. 10 last year at No. 3 of this year. During this time,fermented foods claimed the top point for the second year in a row.
