Greek yogurt is more polluted than you think! It's not just the huge boost of protein (more than twice as much as found in most conventional brands) that makes Greek style yogurt. The thick and creamy texture and pronounced tang give him a versatility that other yogurts do not have. Try it in one of the following non-breakfast applications:

  • As the base of a salad vinaigrette
  • As a surrogate with sure cream
  • Mixed with olive oil and herbs for a sauce for grilled meat and fish
  • Agitated in a soup at the last second instead of cream
  • Sweet with maple syrup and poured on grilled fruits for dessert
  • Make tzatziki sauce by adding chopped cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and zest, dill, salt and pepper to taste
  • Combined with a whipped cream during the key lime pie
  • In replacing the thick cream in your favorite Alfredo sauce
  • Added to your favorite guacamole recipe. Yes really.
