Paleo Orange-Fucked Chocolate Chocolate Cookies
Yield: 20 cookies
Ingredients
1 cup of bleached almond flour
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1 Scoop Collagen Peptides (Optional)

8 c. Soup (4 oz) Non-salty butter at room temperature
1/4 cup cashew butter
3/4 cup of coconut sugar packed
1 C. Orange zest tea
1 big egg, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz. dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), chopped (preferably a brand at the paleole, such asHU KITCHEN)
How to do it
- In a small bowl, mix the two flours, collagen (if you use), baking soda and salt.
- In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter butter, cashew butter, coconut sugar and zest until light. Beat with egg and vanilla until well combined, scratching on the sides of the bowl. Add a mixture of almond flour and stir it, then bend with chopped chocolate.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit; Line a pastry plate with parchment.
- Scoop Dough in 10 to 12 balls; Place on a pastry plate and use your hands to flatten in the disks.
- Cook for 10 to 13 minutes, until I just cook but still sweet.
