How to do it

  1. In a small bowl, mix the two flours, collagen (if you use), baking soda and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter butter, cashew butter, coconut sugar and zest until light. Beat with egg and vanilla until well combined, scratching on the sides of the bowl. Add a mixture of almond flour and stir it, then bend with chopped chocolate.
