A major side effect of snacking at the end of the evening, says a new study

A new study published in theApplied Psychology JournalfindThat people who reported to eat unhealthy snacks, especially late at night, had a hard time being a team player at work the next day. For the study, researchers at the North Carolina State University have asked 97 full-time employees at the US time to respond to a series of questions three times a day for 10 consecutive days.

The participants answered questions about how they felt physically and emotionally felt before the start of the day of work and what they accomplished by the end of the day.
